Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may also be charged a fee before booking future appointments.
Longer color, blonding, and corrective color appointments reserve a significant amount of time, so sufficient notice is especially appreciated. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us the opportunity to accommodate another guest. 💕
